Does SimplePractice have an API for automation?
No public API exists. Vybz automates SimplePractice the way a trusted assistant would: signing in with your credentials and working in the same screens you use, guided by AI.
Is my SimplePractice login secure?
Your credentials are encrypted the moment you save them, and they're only unlocked inside the secure environment that runs your tasks. Disconnect anytime to remove access.
What kind of tasks can the agent run?
Anything you can describe in plain English and do through the SimplePractice screens: checking charts for missing notes, entering intake details, running reminders and follow-ups. If a task isn't feasible, the agent says so instead of guessing.
Does it work with two-factor authentication enabled?
Not yet. SimplePractice accounts with two-factor authentication turned on aren't supported today. Most practices connect a dedicated staff account.
