Why does Vybz ask for a practice code?
TherapyNotes asks every user for a practice code before their username and password, so Luna needs all three to sign in. The practice code is encrypted and stored the same way as your password.
Is my TherapyNotes login secure?
Your sign-in details are encrypted the moment you save them, and they're only unlocked inside the secure environment that runs your tasks. Disconnect anytime to remove access.
Should we connect a clinician's account or a staff account?
Most practices create a dedicated staff account for Luna. That keeps her access separate from any one person, and you can see exactly what that account did.
